- Commercial termsPrice, volume, and the sales term are agreed before either side is committed.
- ExecutionDocuments, inspection, and shipping are coordinated with third-party forwarders and brokers.
- DeliveryThe goods arrive on the agreed term. Freight, customs, and inspection stay with those third parties.
